Horrible Experience with Celie Hair
- Celie sent wrong color and refused the return address.
- I contacted my bank, the BBB, and the Department of Consumer Protection; refund denied.
Celie sent the wrong color, refused to provide the address to send the wig back. I had to contact my bank, The Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Protection. The Representative at Celie was very nasty with her comments, I requested to exchange originally but after her comments I requested a refund but they still refused to provide the address.

I would never advise anyone to order from this company! I had the wig for 20 minutes, and I hated the structure of the wig, and the density was completely off, making it false advertising!
I simply asked for my money back, and I feel like I'm being harassed by being forced to keep it. I repeatedly told them no 4 times! And now they are saying it will take them a while to give me the shipping address!
When it only took me 2 minutes to pay them! I'm reporting this company!

My purchase arrived. I was excited.
When looking at the wigs, they were totally different than what was advertised. I had never purchased a wig that I was so unhappy with. It had a smell, it she'd alot, and most importantly, it was so drastically different than what was advertised. They want to only give me a fifteen dollar refund and I paid over two hundred dollars.
This company is a scam. They have alot of sponsored reviews on the internet, but not honest reviews. Customer service is almost non existent depending on whether or not the want to answer the phone. When you use the email option, it's terrible, because they do not want to refund the money you paid to them for the wig.
They told me to try and style it like the picture on their website depicts. First the wig has to be the same as the website depicted.
I cannot make a peach pie using strawberries. They are dishonest!
